Olga Vasilyeva is appointed as the Minister of Education and Science of the Russian Federation

Russian President Vladimir Putin agreed with the suggestion of the Chairman of the Government Dmitry Medvedev to appoint Olga Vasilieva - the Deputy Head of the Public Projects’ Department of the RF President’s Administration at the position of a new Head of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. At this position she will replace Dmitry Livanov, who, in turn, will become the Special Representative of the President on trade-economic relations with Ukraine. Vasilyeva Olga Yurievna is a Doctor of History, Professor, honoured Professor of Moscow State Humanitarian-Economic University.
